Dr Humid, made by Bossmen Inc.Taiwan, is fully compliant with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 and 033(b) World Standards. Bossmen was established in 1994 and is well known for the manufacturing of dry cabinets, dehumidifiers, desiccators, humidity control systems. Bossmen is well recognized in the humidity and moisture control technology for more than 10 years. Bossmen is fully integrated with independent research and development ability as well as the marketing ability. Bossmen occupy more than 90% market share in Taiwan museum and library industries. Aside from catering to resident consumers, Bossmen Humidity Control System has expanded to application in other organizations involving Moisture-Sensitive Environments and Clean Rooms such as semiconductor, optoelectronic and electronic manufacturers (SMT, PCB, Wafer, Probe Card), museums, libraries, pharmaceutical and medical factories, laboratories, data centers, hospitals, educational institutions (schools), financial institutions (banks), Food industry, etc. are among its valued customers.
In the past five years, with the vigorous development and growth of Semiconductor and the Optoelectronic industries, Bossmen has researched and developed several types of energy saving and cost saving devices, instantly reducing humidity level in room temperature, fully compliant with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 and 033(b) World Standards. Bossmen through constant upgrading its humidity control technology, has finally developed the Smart Multiplexed Industrial Stations (SMIS) named “Dr Humid” series. “Dr Humid” SMIS is equipped with excellent capabilities on humidity control against the odds. Introducing a new generation, simple but sophisticated cost effective, high-tech solution to humidity control.

“Dr Humid” SMIS can solve humidity, dust particles, ESD, oxidation problems.
“Dr Humid” utilized Nitrogen or Compressed Dry Air (CDA) in humidity control.
“Dr Humid” SMIS has data log function and alarm system, which can increase and improve yield percentage.
