Bossmen Relative Humidity and Temperature (RH/Tempt.) Centralized Monitoring and Control System employs the simplest architecture in terms of networking implementation and setup. It allows monitoring of RH/Tempt. function at any facilities without limitations on boundaries and distances. Upto 256 monitoring stations can be set up to collect real-time data simultaneously. With our system, there is no longer a need to purchase, setup and implement complicated and high-cost interface hardware. All the data are easily available in our centralized system without the hassle of manual data recording and compilation.

Critical storage areas, production lines, laboratories, indoor RH/Tempt.-controlled environments or any form of dry cabinets can utilize our centralized real-time monitoring system which can network multiple stations efficiently, thus saving much management time and avoiding manual error.

Network System Highlights:

1. Includes 10/100Mbps Auto-Detect Web transfer function.
2. Adopts TCP/IP communication protocol including TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP operation model.
3. Supports DHCP, Static IP, ARP address-searching method. Also comprises of SNMP communication protocol to send signal for monitoring and control management.
4. Supports MODBUS communication protocol and allows on-site linkage of the centralized monitoring stations.
5. RJ45 port allows connection to existing network without hassle of setting up separate network cables and interfaces.

Bossmen View (BV) Software Functions:

1. Upto 256 monitoring stations can be set up with data displayed in one screen.
2. Each station’s parameter settings can be displayed.
3. Alarm alerts including siren or towerlight can be incorporated in each station, and alarm signals sent through network to alert management.
4. Allows zooming in for enlarged view on computer screen.
5. Remote Control and Monitoring of:
   a. Period/Interval of RH/Tempt. data collection
   b. Audit trails or records (can be used for comments in report generation).
