- Material & Design: Made of stainless steel SUS 304 with a glossy finish, featuring an automatic door-controlled 10-layer lid. The rail system holds the bearing plate, and the lid requires integration with the robotic arm for signal control (robotic arm controls the door’s opening and closing). Equipped with non-slip, shock-absorbing rubber feet to improve stability and prevent vibration or sliding.
- Precise Humidity Control & Monitoring System: Humidity can be precisely set between 1% RH and 60% RH, offering flexible operating ranges. Equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors, it accurately monitors and displays current status. Real-time data is shown via LED digital display, ensuring operators are always informed of the system’s condition.
- Data Storage & Connectivity: Memory stores up to 11,900 data entries, supports RS232 interface for data management and external device integration, and supports data export in Excel and PDF formats for convenient analysis and application.
- Energy-Saving Nitrogen Drying Technology: When the set humidity level is reached, the system automatically stops nitrogen release, further saving gas consumption.
- Buzzer & Flashing Alarm: Can be set to sound a buzzer and flash the panel when humidity or other environmental parameters deviate from the norm, alerting the user for timely action.
- Panel Locking Function: Prevents accidental misoperation, ensuring the stability and safety of device settings.
- Offset Calibration Function: Users can calibrate the sensors or device data to ensure measurement accuracy.
