  • Material and Design: Made of stainless steel SUS 304 with a glossy finish, the exit panel design features physical mechanical operation for simple and convenient design, improving operational efficiency and meeting user needs. Each door is equipped with wheels at the bottom to reduce friction and dust, extending the equipment's lifespan.
  • Precise Humidity Control and Monitoring System: Humidity can be precisely set within the range of 1% RH to 60% RH, offering flexible operational options. Equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors, it accurately monitors and displays the current status through LED digital displays, ensuring operators can always check the equipment's condition.
  • Data Storage and Connectivity: The memory can store up to 11,900 data points and supports RS232 interfaces for easy data management and integration with external devices. It also supports exporting data in Excel and PDF formats for later analysis and application.
  • Energy-saving Nitrogen Drying Technology: The system automatically stops nitrogen release when the set humidity is reached, further reducing gas consumption.
  • Beeping and Flashing Alarm: The device can be set to emit a beeping sound and flash the panel when humidity or other environmental parameters are abnormal, alerting the user to take timely action.
  • Panel Locking Function: Prevents accidental operation, ensuring the stability and safety of device settings.
  • Offset Calibration Function: Users can calibrate the sensor or device data to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Electric Control Mode: Each door independently displays its humidity status and provides immediate warning lights for abnormal conditions, allowing on-site personnel to quickly grasp the situation and take action.
  • Inflation Method: Each door is equipped with an independent humidity sensor that monitors humidity in real time and automatically controls the CDA filling through an electromagnetic valve. Humidity can be set via the panel and locked to ensure precise humidity control.
  • Door Open Abnormality Alarm: The alarm helps alert operators when the nitrogen cabinet door remains open for too long or is opened abnormally, avoiding prolonged operation in an abnormal state.
  • Material Perception Feedback: The indicator light shows whether material is placed inside, helping users understand the operational status of the equipment.
