How can I send the removed dehumidifier unit and control panel in for repair?
Disassemble the dehumidifier unit and panel, and note the cause of the malfunction.
Send the equipment to the following address: BOSSMEN Co., Ltd. Maintenance Department, No. 746, Section 1, Yanghu Road, Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, 326, Taiwan.
We will complete the inspection and repair within 10 days and contact you, primarily by landline phone. Please be aware of unfamiliar calls from (03) 475-3901. If your dehumidifier cabinet is an older model and the damaged parts have been discontinued, it may not be repairable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
