To ensure these high-precision devices are not affected by moisture or oxidation during storage, the Probe Card Drawer Cabinet with Pull-Out Trays was developed.   • Material and Design: Made of SUS 304 stainless steel with a polished surface, providing excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance to ensure long-term stability and durability. The 3mm tempered glass door, combined with airtight seals and gapless design, enhances sealing and prevents moisture leakage, ensuring drying effectiveness. The specially designed support structure prevents front-loaded items from tipping over, and the pressure-tight lock handle ensures operational safety.
  • Precise Humidity Control and Monitoring System: Humidity can be precisely set within the range of 1%RH to 60%RH, offering flexible operation. Equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors, it accurately monitors and displays the current status through an LED digital display, ensuring operators are always informed of the equipment’s condition.
  • Data Storage and Connectivity: The memory can store up to 11,900 data records, supports RS232 interface for easy data management and external device integration. It also supports data export in Excel and PDF formats for later analysis and application.
  • Energy-Saving Nitrogen Drying Technology: When the set humidity level is reached, the system automatically stops releasing nitrogen, further reducing gas consumption.
  • Buzzer and Flashing Alarm: The system can be set to trigger a buzzer and flashing panel when humidity or other environmental parameters are abnormal, reminding users to take prompt action.
  • Panel Locking Function: Prevents accidental operation, ensuring the stability and safety of equipment settings.
  • Offset Calibration Function: Users can calibrate the sensors or device data to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Door Abnormality Alarm: When the nitrogen cabinet door is open for too long or is opened incorrectly, the alarm helps notify operators to handle the issue promptly, avoiding prolonged operation under abnormal conditions.
  • Material Detection Feedback: Indicator lights show whether material has been placed inside, making it easier for users to understand the operational status of the equipment.
