The room uses advanced energy-saving design, reducing drying gas consumption by up to 80%, helping businesses save costs. Equipped with a visual temperature and humidity monitoring system, it ensures real-time tracking of storage conditions, guaranteeing that each component is stored under optimal conditions. - Cabinet Design: Features a shelf design with a stainless steel floor and a single door with a glass window for easy inspection. It includes a built-in flow meter and interior lighting for enhanced usability.
- Air Inlet Source: Nitrogen or XCDA options are available, providing flexibility to meet different storage needs.
- Humidity Control: Humidity range is adjustable from 5%-60% RH, with an energy-saving design to effectively reduce energy consumption.
- Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System: Offers temperature and humidity settings, recording, alarm functions, and supports offset calibration to ensure stable and reliable storage conditions.
- Door Safety Mode: If the door is open for too long, the system triggers an alarm to prevent environmental damage.
- Excessive Humidity Alarm: Built-in high humidity alarm system ensures storage conditions remain within the optimal range.
- Nitrogen Inlet Source: When using nitrogen as the air source, the system is equipped with an oxygen concentration detector and display. If the oxygen level falls below 18%, an immediate alarm will sound when the door is opened, ensuring the safety of both stored items and operators.
