The CDA Control system is designed for the electronics industry, providing clean, dry air for efficient dehumidification. This system can be used with various airtight or moisture-proof cabinets and meets international drying and electrostatic standards, particularly the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033D moisture control specification. This standard is essential for electronic component storage, ensuring humidity control and electrostatic protection meet the highest standards.

The system is designed to maintain adjustable humidity between 1% RH and 40% RH, preserving all grades of electronic components and ensuring they are ready for reflow soldering. When opening and closing doors to retrieve materials, the humidity quickly returns to the set level within one hour, preventing moisture from affecting the components. Additionally, the CDA Control Unit effectively prevents static electricity caused by low humidity and reduces oxidation risks due to high-temperature drying environments.
