The Dry Film Ambient Temperature Recovery Cabinet is designed for the storage and temperature recovery of dry films in precision processes. It offers stable and precise temperature control, tracking recovery schedules to ensure dry films are stored in optimal temperature conditions, effectively preventing expired dry films from being used.

The recovery cabinet features multiple storage compartments to accommodate different brands or specifications of dry films. It is equipped with an intelligent management system for real-time monitoring of recovery status and provides alerts when parameters exceed preset thresholds, prompting timely user action. Additionally, all operational data can be recorded and traced, enhancing the transparency and traceability of the process.

  • Material and Design: Stainless steel SUS 304 glossy finish, with high-load stainless steel film racks inside the cabinet. The cabinet door features a glass window design, allowing users to easily and intuitively check the status of the dry film indicator lights. Equipped with anti-slip shock-absorbing rubber feet for increased stability, preventing vibrations or sliding.
  • Precise Humidity Control and Monitoring System: Humidity can be precisely set within a 30% RH range, offering flexible operation. The system includes a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor to accurately monitor and display current conditions. Real-time data is shown via an LED digital display, ensuring operators are always aware of the device's status.
  • Energy-saving Nitrogen Drying Technology: The system automatically stops nitrogen release once the set humidity level is reached, further conserving gas consumption.

  • Compartment Positioning: After scanning the barcode or tag, the computer system indicates the recovery compartment, ensuring accurate placement of the film.
  • Temperature Recovery Safety Protection: Once the film enters the compartment, it must complete the recovery process before being unlocked for removal, preventing errors in operation.
  • Compartment Debugging: Once the film leaves a compartment, it cannot be returned, preventing incorrect handling and ensuring accurate operation.
  • Recovery Expiry Alert: An alert will be triggered when the recovery time is nearing its expiration, ensuring the film is not used beyond its recommended period.
