The equipment is equipped with a barcode scanning function. By scanning the barcode on the solder paste container, it establishes brand information and reflow parameters, enabling automated information management. During the reflow process, the system directs the solder paste to the correct reflow compartment based on the scanned barcode. The reflow process will continue until completion, and the compartment can only be unlocked once the reflow is finished, preventing incorrect operations through this foolproof design.

Additionally, the system includes warnings for reflow expiration and disposal. If the reflow time is about to expire or exceeds the reflow usage limit, the system will issue a timely alert to remind operators to use or re-cool the solder paste. Once the solder paste exits the compartment, it cannot be returned to its original location, preventing unnecessary losses due to operational errors. The recovery cabinet supports reflow for solder paste from multiple brands simultaneously, and all operation records are downloadable for traceability, ensuring process transparency and traceability while improving production efficiency and product quality.
